Holistic Health Practitioner
Lacy Catao has incorporated nutrition and fitness as a priority in her lifestyle for over 10 years. She grew up in Idaho, completed college in California, and now lives in northern Nevada with her husband and daughters. As a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Certified Nutritionist, Lacy feels fortunate to support others in achieving their nutrition goals. After starting a family, she decided to advance her education in the field of nutrition, specifically whole food, plant-based living. Lacy connected with the idea that solid nutrition forms the cornerstone of achieving and maintaining excellent health. It was this discovery that fueled her passion for evidence-based nutrition and inspired others in her family to pursue healthy lifestyle changes.
Lacy enjoys being active. After her time in the Army, where she participated in a variety of activities including endurance training and running, she now enjoys her indoor spin bike and strength training. It is her belief that everyone can find ways to enjoy movement, whether it is running every day or walking a few times a week. Meeting her clients where they are in their journey is key to developing lifelong habits while adding passion back into their activities. Lacy is excited about supporting others as they reach beyond their comfort zones to optimize their health while finding overall life satisfaction.

No fad diets here. Only sustainable foods that nourish the body. Together we will explore the foods that encourage weight loss for your body, while focusing on gut health and positive mindset.

Without our health, what are we left with? Our systems will set you up for optimal health through nutrition. Whether you are an athlete or a stay at home mom (or both!), you will thrive from receiving foods to fuel your body to look and feel better.
Postnatal Nutrition
Continue nourishing yourself after your bundle of joy has arrived. Proper nutrition while breastfeeding and during seasons of sleep deprivation is of utmost importance for you and your family.
