I’m Lacy

I have incorporated nutrition and fitness as a priority in my lifestyle for over 10 years. As a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Success Specialist, I feel fortunate to support others in achieving their nutrition and wellness goals.

It is my belief that everyone can find ways to enjoy movement, whether it is running every day or walking a few times a week. Meeting my clients where they are in their journey is key to developing lifelong habits while adding passion back into their activities. I am excited about supporting others as they reach beyond their comfort zones to optimize their health while finding overall life satisfaction.

I can testify that it was money well spent to have you as a coach one-on-one to pinpoint what was going “wrong” with my mindset, eating, and meal prep – or lack thereof. I am still not 100% WFPB, but I am down 45 lbs and still maintaining because I know consistency and NOT perfection = results and greater satisfaction with myself. If you are on the fence, just do it! Even if you lose no weight, you will be more mindful of why you do what you do.

What Do Plants Have To Do With It?

I’ve seen first hand how a plant-based lifestyle can improve one’s overall well-being from lowering cholesterol, improving insulin sensitivity, reducing inflammation to relieving anxiety and depression.

Often, we find ourselves opting for convenience over nourishment, reaching for quick fixes.  While that can be satisfying – it’s not really what our holistic body needs.  And whether it’s conscious or not – we all want to feel well and our bodies want to thrive!
